What is a Pre-Shipment Inspection?
Pre-Shipment Inspection is also called Final Shipment Inspections (FSI). It checks for quality and quantity issues after production is 90-100% complete. For the goods which will be shipped to Amazon FBA warehouse, FNSKU sticker on gift box and FBA label are check points too. Normally inspection place is either at the factory, or less often at the freight forwarder or reseller’s warehouse.
A Pre-Shipment Inspection is a systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at least 90% complete. This is your final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is finished and delivered.
We require that the products have to be 100% finished and packed before 13:00 of Pre-shipment inspection day.
